Orange Turmeric & Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

The combination of turmeric and walnuts packs this smoothie with superfoods and good fats. The vanilla yogurt, honey, and spices add a hint of a sweet flavor and creamy texture, making this beverage a refreshing treat for any hot summer day.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mango cubes

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

2 tablespoons walnuts

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 frozen banana

 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
