Gluten Free & Sugar Free Macadamia & Avocado Chocolate Cake
300g Raw Dark Chocolate
150g Unsalted Butter
1 or 2 Avocados (depending on the size)
60g Almond meal (or any other preferred flour)
1 tsp Baking Powder
120g Macadamia Nuts (or any other nuts you like)
Place 230g of chocolate and butter in the bowl in and place it over boiling water until melted.
Placde eggs with honey in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add avocado and whisk together until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder and whisk until smooth.
Add melted chocolate and butter and half portion of the chopped nuts and mix together.
Place baking paper into the small baking tray and bake on 180 degrees (160 fan forced oven) for 25 – 30 min.
Place the rest of the chocolate (70g) into the bowl over boiling water until melted. Add the other half of nuts and pour over hot cake.
Let cool in the fridge.
